About Me

Dominic (known as Dom) is 14 years old and dreams to become a GT champion. He’s always been competitive by nature and As a competitive swimmer since the age of 9, he has accumulated over 70 medals and awards, underscoring his dedication and discipline. Standing at 6’ tall and carrying 10kg over the weight limit for his current karting class, Dominic’s physical prowess presents challenges—yet even with this disadvantage, he continues to outperform more experienced drivers.

His neurodiversity has further shaped Dominic into the resilient, strategic, and driven athlete he is today. Where others might see challenges, Dominic sees opportunities, and his unique way of thinking allows him to approach racing with creativity, problem-solving skills, and nerves of steel.

Dominic has been home educated for the past seven years, a path that has instilled in him unmatched self-motivation, organization, and discipline. He operates at an advanced level in mathematics and engineering for his age, and his inquisitive mind continually pushes him to refine his understanding of racing mechanics and strategies. This intellectual edge translates into his ability to quickly learn and adapt

My Achievements

In his debut season in 2024, Dominic has exceeded expectations with remarkable achievements:

The Kart Championship: first big national race, Dominic achieved an incredible comeback drive after a mechanical failure in qualifying meant starting at the back of the grid. With the least amount of track experience on the grid and a P18 start on the first two heats, went on to achieve a remarkable P2 finish in the superheat and P4 in the final securing his first podium and trophy in his rookie year.

Scottish Championships Success: Competing against seasoned drivers with 3 to 7 years of experience, Dominic finished an outstanding 12th place in the entire country. Despite his relative inexperience, he was on track for a Top 10 finish until a mechanical failure in the final round lost him crucial points. This performance shows his natural ability to compete at the highest level and demonstrates that with continued development, he will soon be a dominant force in the sport.

Club Championships: Throughout the season, Dominic’s fearless racing style and competitive edge set him apart. Even in the face of a serious accident, where he was thrown from his kart, Dominic’s immediate instinct was to get back in and continue racing, showing both his resilience and unshakeable determination.

About Me

My name is Tomas, and I am 12 years old from Little Eaton in Derbyshire. I began karting aged 9 after driving an indoor corporate kart at Teamsport in Nottingham. A few months later, and with a 11 year old Honda Cadet kart we had purchased for just £400, we entered our very first race and finished 13th of 20 entries in by far the oldest kart on the grid!

The following year (2023) I entered the full season of club rounds at both Teesside and Fulbeck, and won my first ever championship at Fulbeck.

This last year, 2024, I entered three national championships – Independent Privateers Kart Championship and UK Kart Series in Honda Inter class, and BWR in Tillotson T4 Junior. I took the championship win in all three! Based on these results my family decided that, despite the huge costs involved, we would move up to the Junior Rotax class in 2025 and hope to find a sponsor.

Taking the opportunity to get some racing practise in late this year in the new Rotax , I got off to a flying start taking 5th place in my first race weekend, and 2nd place a few weeks later!

Next year I plan to enter the full championship seasons in both the national JKC Championship, and ultra-prestigious PFI circuit club championship. This will be around 15 races, each of which will cost between £900-£1300 per meeting in entry fees, tyres, awning space etc.

I know that I can make a career in motorsport, and at this new level will need sponsorship to make further progress with my career. I believe I can bring great value to a sponsor, and will bring as many successes in the new class as I have achieved in Honda and T4.

About Me

My name is Eden Salvidge & I started karting in the corporate karts earlier this year at Bayford Meadows. We bought a 2nd hand OTK 950 kart in the Summer & have entered races in the Rotax Inter class at Bayford Meadows, Buckmore Park & Lydd IKR in the last 3 months.
In this short time I have had many podium finishes & currently hold the lap records at Lydd & Bayford Meadows in the Rotax Inter class.
My dad is the mechanic & he has had to learn quickly as he has never done this before, but this does mean we spend a lot of time together which is great!
We have just bought a junior chassis for next year which we will compete at the same race events as we did in the Inter.
We would love to get some sponsorships to help us move forward & compete at a higher level as I believe that I can compete against the very best & get great results. The results in the short time I have spent in the Rotax Inter class with no experience proves I have the passion for racing!!

About Me

My name is Louie and I have been racing in senior rotax for over a year now. I have always dreamed of racing, from a young age I would go with my grandad to Brands Hatch for all kinds of race meetings, if it has an engine and wheels I’d want to see it racing. Racing is in my family blood as my grandad used to race motorbikes back in the late 60’s/early 70’s on a Greeves 250 bike and even shared a grid with the great Barry Sheene. My dad also loves racing and took me to F1 and Moto GP when I was a kid.

There is love for racing across my family, my cousin Billy raced karts and he kindly let me have a go in his senior rotax on a test day and from there I fell in love with karting. As soon as I finished school/college and went into a full time job I saved up to buy myself a kart. I work 2 jobs, one full time and the other in a restaurant in the evenings, just to afford racing as unfortunately I’m not from a as financially blessed background as most people in karting are.

I started my karting career by diving straight into the deep end of owner driver racing, having never even done a race before not even in rental karting, I had only ever having done a handful of arrive and drive rental sessions. I started in senior rotax with no clue what I was doing in regards to the mechanics of the kart, set up, etc and I have learnt so much about it over the last year or so and have a great knowledge and understanding of my kart now. I am getting on well with my goal of catching up with the front pack, most of whom have been karting for years, I am finally getting a better understanding and feel for the kart and what is it doing and how to correct it so I can push it even further. In 2025 I am hoping to close the gap from me and the front runners even more, hopefully even getting a podium finish. Unfortunately I can only do one race a month due too my financial situation, meaning I don’t have the seat time others do but no excuses just have to push harder on the test days and race weekends that I do have! Sponsorship would help me out massively achieve my racing dreams being able to compete in more races and having more seat time would really help me progress.

My 2025 plans are to compete in the MVKC full Championship as well as doing a couple of guest rounds at BMKR and WMKC.

My Achievements

BMKR RD 6 23 - Senior rotax - Top rookie

BMKR RD 8 23 - Senior rotax 177 - Top rookie

About Me

My name is Oliver,

I’ve been karting since January of 2023 and have made great progression since my first year.

Outside of karting I love to play on my Xbox with my friends, go on my scooter and bike and of course play on my kart sim to make sure I’m fully prepared going in to a race weekend.
I’m not a big fan of school like most kids but I do enjoy PE and maths I also teach myself French in the evening with the duolingo app.

My Achievements

I managed to get my first podium in November of 2023 at forest edge getting 3rd place. Since then I have had 21 more podiums of multiple 2nd’s and 3rd’s with one final race win.

In 2024 I completed my first national series with the kart championship which I managed to finish 18th overall but I did miss the final round and had bad luck in a couple of rounds, one being at warden law where a driver went over the top of me on test day and broke my hand but I carried on over and finished the weekend.
I also had a few top 10 finishes so I’m excited as to what 2025 brings.
